Delete your OfflineGPT account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. It takes a few seconds and does not require contacting us.
How to delete your account
From inside the OfflineGPT app on your device.
Open your profile
Launch OfflineGPT and open your profile from the account area.
Tap Delete account
It sits below Sign out at the bottom of the profile screen.
Confirm
Read the warning and tap Delete permanently. Your account is removed immediately.
What is deleted, and what is not
Deleted immediately and permanently: your OfflineGPT account and login, your subscription record, billing history, referral codes, and every chat, conversation and saved memory stored on your device.
Not cancelled automatically: an active paid subscription is a separate contract with Google Play or Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel the subscription in the Play Store or App Store first, otherwise billing continues.
Retained where the law requires: tax and payment records held by our payment provider. These are kept only as long as we are legally required to keep them, and are not linked to an active account.
Deletion cannot be undone. Signing up again with the same email address creates a new, empty account.
